Precision is raising the bar for retail
in Northwest Indiana in three locations;
Village Crossroads, a 100,000
square-foot center, and
Fountain Park, a 90,000 square-foot center.
Both centers are planned to have a mix of in-line retail and eateries
and are designed to reflect the high quality environment that today's
retailers expect.
61st Avenue Retail
is a new
retail/service center in a prime location near Interstate 65 and 61st
Avenue in Hobart, Indiana. Take advantage of this limited

serving this fast growing community. Our 14,455 square-foot retail
center includes Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins & Subway Sandwiches.

Precision and DeYoung & Sons recently
broke ground for
DeYoung Interiors, a 27,000 square-foot retail
furniture and interior design store. The design-build, two level
store will be located in St. John, Indiana.
Woudeland Professional Center, recently
opened Phase II of the cleverly planned twin building development.
Precision Construction's build-to-suit services added more than $1
million to the estimated value of this 36,000 square-foot project.
This project is currently nominated for The 2004 Chicago Architectural
Foundation Awards.
